abstract

  With the change in the requirements of the global health system, the approach of people in the world to pay attention to health and prevention is increasing day by day. Also, the position of using natural treatments instead of using chemical drugs is more important among people.

   This research was carried out with the aim of familiarizing with aromatherapy and its effects in the field of recovery and wellness, prevention by descriptive method and review of previous studies and scientific articles. In this research, the effects of aromatherapy were investigated using various library, internet and interview sources (conversation with experts in this field).
