Climate therapy
Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effects of weather changes and different climatic conditions on the health of the human body and soul, using various methods of internet, field, and library research.
Based on the results of this research, different weather conditions in different seasons in different regions have effects on human body and soul. For example: warm and sunny weather has a positive effect on the release of the body's serotonin hormone, and as a result, it has a direct effect on the mood and other human behaviors. While extreme heat causes dehydration of the body, increase in blood concentration, etc. Also, the cold causes ...................
