Generally, climbers ignore many facts when they see the history of climbing several high peaks. The sense of naturalism of mountaineers inspires them to ignore many of the symptoms of their diseases and prefer to attribute them to colds and heartburn, and they try to treat various cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure and diabetes with Clean air by eating and drinking brewed mountain herbs. But unfortunately, this is not the case.

The fact is that we live in a time when urbanization with all its angles penetrates our skin and bones, we breathe polluted air, are less active than our ancestors, eat more saturated fat, have more stress, less We have a dream, and our life has changed...

These things also affect our climbers, even though we have a little less cardiovascular problems than the general public, but the danger is such that an ordinary person goes to the doctor with the first symptom and because he is not an athlete, he takes the treatment seriously, but the foot of the climber who reached ...no way, I go to the mountains every week and these words  do not belong to me!

Note that blood pressure increases at altitude and not only the antihypertensive drug should not be stopped, but its dose and amount should be increased. In the mountains, platelet activity (blood concentration) increases due to inflammatory processes, so drugs such as aspirin find a place in a special group of people, and most importantly, cardiac symptoms become very vague compared to normal society. Instead of chest pain, most climbers have stomach or back pain, which is very similar to digestive pain. Sometimes it is even accompanied by abdominal bloating, which makes it difficult to diagnose.
